Shipping & Sales Policy

All prints are made and prepared with care. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and shipping. Canvas pieces require up to 3 weeks for processing and shipping due to additional preparation time. Orders are currently shipped via USPS and UPS, depending on the most efficient option available. You will be contacted directly if there are any delays or changes regarding your order.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of this work, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

That said, customer service is very important to me. Within reasonable circumstances, this policy may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and a positive experience.

Please note that this is a one-woman operation, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the process.

For customers located locally, pickup arrangements may be available. If you are interested in this option, please reach out with your order number after purchase to coordinate.
